We have now set our Community Share Launch for Thursday 27th April at 7pm in the Llandyrnog Village Hall.
This will give an opportunity for the community to hear about the content of the Share Offer document and copies will be available in both English and Welsh. There will be an opportunity to ask questions about the offer. On the following day the Share Offer documents and application form will be available to complete on line on our webpage.
The share price has been set at £25 each to give the widest range of people an opportunity to purchase a piece of the Llandyrnog Community Shop, Post Office and Community Hub.
Steady progress has been made by the Directors over the last 11 months although it has probably taken longer than we would have wished.
We still have a decision on one of our Grant applications outstanding which will now not be available until June 2023.
We know that the support continues for a successful reopening of the shop and to safeguard the future of the Post Office and we hope for a successful Community Share Launch.
Will keep you updated with the application progress during the 6 week application period – so we hope that people will support this before the closing date on the 8th June 2023.
