Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes of the shop? Or perhaps you have some time to offer as a volunteer? We welcome both new shop volunteers and board members. Join us on the 17th September to hear about the challenges and successes this year, along with a summary of the accounts and the election of board members. We need 10% of the share holders to vote on a number of issues so your attendance would be greatly valued.
Also please do head on down the back alley to our newly refurbished garden sitting area. Due to a very generous grant from Cadwyn Clwyd we were able to employ AH Groundworks, who are from LLandyrnog, to do the revamp. The AH Groundworks team worked tirelessly in the hot sun! They generously donated the additional man power required to haul all of the materials from the front due to restricted access being available around the back.
An additional grant was secured from The Codi Trust enabling us to purchase additional furniture and plants for the garden. Due to the drought we are going to hold fire on the planting to ensure that our new plants get the best chance to establish without the need for excessive water usage.
